Dark Encounter by Nicole York
After reading the synopsis and realizing it was a mafia romance, I had to dive in. I always love to jump into different romances and lately, I’ve been lacking at that. This story is intense so far, so I can’t wait to see how it ends.

Roar by Cora Carmack
I decided to pick this book up to follow along in the #stormlingreadalong and to refresh my memory in anticipation of the second book, Rage. Jumping back into this world is already bringing me such joy that I can’t put this book down. I love when a fantasy can add something unique like storm magic and create such a great story.
